World-class checks, for a small business.

In MNC, every number has a checker and every process has an owner. I bring that to growing brands: I check your store, your money and your team’s daily work, then build what keeps them right, from reports and automated files to in-house tools and a content machine.

The same brand · July to August 2026

Net sales up 11.7× on 23% less ad spend.

From mid-July we fixed the tracking, cut the placements that weren’t selling, rebuilt the ads from real product photos, and launched a free-gift offer on the products people wanted.

Net sales are Shopify’s figures with free gifts taken out. Like Shopify’s, they still include COD orders that were later refused. Ad spend covers both of the brand’s Meta accounts. Haircare went from 20% of sales to 79%.

What the gaps cost you

Move the sliders to your numbers. The last one is your guess at what returns, double refunds and stacked offers cost you; the audit measures the real figure.

₹95,000 a month

About 104 hours a month of copy and paste (₹15,000 of salaries), and ₹80,000 of revenue lost in the gaps. Close a fifth of that and you keep about ₹19,000 a month.

Each sheet is 5 hours of copy and paste a month. Hours at 26 working days a month; salary counted for the share of the day it takes. Closing a fifth is a cautious guess at what fixing them recovers. For illustration.

Questions founders ask.

It starts with a two-week audit. It doesn’t have to end there.

Saksham SadanaAnswers to what founders ask first

Stage 1 · The audit

What do you do first?

A two-week Profit Leak Audit. I shop your store like a buyer, check your ads, offers and returns against what was really paid, and walk through how your team runs a normal day. You get your five biggest leaks in rupees and hours a month, the fix for each, and a 90-day plan.

What does it cost, and what do you need from us?

₹50,000, fixed: half to start, half on delivery. From you: read-only logins, a 30-minute screen share of a normal day, and quick answers on WhatsApp when I find something odd. Nothing in your store changes during the audit.

Stage 2 · Fixing the leaks

Do you only report the leaks, or fix them too?

Both, if you want. The report’s last page is my proposal for fixing them: store fixes, checks before money moves, tracking and ads rebuilt around paid orders, and offers costed before they go live.

Do you build websites too?

Yes, when the store is what loses the sale: new Shopify stores and landing pages, fixes, and faster pages. A few are on the shelf above. I start from the audit, so every build fixes something you can measure.

Stage 3 · Automating the back office

What happens once the leaks are fixed?

We take the busywork off your team: reports that build themselves, sheets that update and check themselves, approvals that happen before money moves, and in-house tools like task managers and complaint desks with WhatsApp alerts.

We’re a small team. Isn’t this big-company stuff?

That’s where it pays most. I spent more than nine years at one of the top MNCs, where nothing moves without a second pair of eyes. I bring those checks in small pieces, one sheet, one rule, one alert at a time, built around how your team already works.

Stage 4 · Growing faster

How does this help the business grow faster?

Closed leaks mean the same ad money brings more delivered orders. Automation gives your team its hours back for selling. Daily numbers mean problems get caught in a day, not a month. And a content machine keeps your pages posting every day, with nobody on camera. Each fix makes the next month cheaper to run, and that is how growth adds up.

Is it a one-time project or ongoing?

It starts with the audit, at one fixed price. If it makes sense after that, we agree each month what gets fixed and built next, and you see it in your numbers.

Anything else? Ask me directly. Ask on WhatsApp

How far we go after the audit is your call.
